On Sept. 20, 2015 at approximately 8:52 P.M., Nicole Cargill, 21, of Holbrock, PA, was given an authorized pass to go to UPMC Mercy Hospital for treatment and failed to return to the Renewal Community Correction Center. Cargill is currently serving time for Forgery and has other previous offenses. PSP has a warrant for Escape for Cargill.
