He was last seen in West Galeton, Potter County, at 1 p.m. on Feb. 27 driving towards his home. He is operating a silver 2015 Toyota Tacoma with a cap, bearing PA registration ZGE8668.
Stackhouse is wearing an olive green cap and jacket, and blue jeans. He suffers from several serious medical conditions and is without his medication.
